2nd Line Support Engineer - Service Desk Analyst- Technical Engineer - Tier 2 - Manchester - Are you an enthusiastic 2nd Line Support Engineer? Can you work under pressure, have excellent communication skills and telephone manner? Do you have the ability to use initiative and work as part of a team to achieve excellent customer service results? Key skills and responsibilities:

  • Windows Server 2008/2012 R2

  • Windows Desktop 7, and 10

  • VMware / Hyper -V / Citrix

  • Exchange 201- / 2013 / 2016

  • Office 365

  • Strong communication skills
