Business Development Manager

I am recruiting on behalf of a Waste Management Service located in Aston.

They are seeking a talented, hardworking and ambitious Business Development Manager to help grow their business.

This role is predominantly new business requiring B2B direct sales experience.

As a Business Development Manager some of your duties will include:

Ø Business to Business canvassing (door to door B2B)

Ø Up sell waste and recycling solutions to existing customers

Ø Completion of client site risk assessments and site audits

Ø Handle all inbound enquiries assigned to you

Ø Pre-qualify opportunities to ensure they meet 'business fit' and pass credit check

Ø Monitor and report on market and competitor activities

Ø Collation of accurate prospect information ensuring CRM is updated on a daily basis with the sales support team

Ø Booking appointments with target organisations in order to present the companies' proposition highlights features, advantages and benefits.

Salary offered £25,000 + UNCAPPED bonus structure + COMPANY CAR


23 days holiday pension auto enrol then 8% contribution by the company as long as the employee contributes 5%.

To be considered for this Business Development Manager role you must have 12 months continuous employment in sales role and be confident selling service contracts, telemarketing/appointment booking and B2B Canvassing

If you have worked within a waste industry previously this will be a huge bonus!
