The Role

This is an Exciting Opportunity for a Graduate or someone who is at the start of their sales career who wants to work for an innovative company selling an intuitive easy to use software to organisations wanting to share ideas globally.

The Sales Development Representative will be a high-energy, commercially focused individual whose role will be to support a senior sales team on the engagement with customers & prospects to qualify them for the sale of the software platform and services.

This role will be the first point of contact for inbound leads and will be to help qualify these leads and work with the sales team to bring them to a close.

As you're at the front line it is imperative to create an amazing customer experience that will set the stage for effective sales follow up and future account growth.

For the right person this position will serve as a springboard to a career into Strategic Sales.

Duties include:

? Triaging inbound leads to assess which course of action to take
? First stage product demos and qualification calls
? Outbound prospecting via phone, email, and other marketing methods.
? First draft proposal writing (updating from a template)
? Customer & Prospect correspondence to book in calls & meetings
? Contract drafting and reviewing
? Working closely with Sales & Marketing to develop targeted prospect list, call strategies, and messaging to drive sales opportunities
? Manage, track, and report ALL activities in the CRM
