The Role
Our client is looking for a multifaceted Sales Support Specialist.

You will be the primary point of contact for a variety of stakeholders both internal and external.

You will be tasked with delivering overall sales and marketing support to the EMEA Sales team.

Your primary focus will be to support to the EMEA Sales team, our Channel community as well as occasional assistance to the Marketing and Executive Management Teams.

You will be involved in a variety of different sales activities and in constant collaboration with the Sales Team, our customers, partners and various sales channels.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Role
? Prompt follow up on Inbound leads (both phone and email)
? Manage and respond to inbound phone calls
? Actively respond to, and manage the company's live chat utility
? Route leads, enquiries, and questions to the appropriate resources
? Proactive management of partner and end user software license renewals
? Documentation of non-renewal notations, customer/partner feedback
? Processing of orders, P.O.s, and invoices
? Maintaining VAT invoices on a monthly basis
? Update Salesforce CRM and document conversations, notes, and lead details
? Assist with UK & EMEA marketing events and tradeshows (minimal travel may be required)
? Be a consistent reliable point of contact for our business, clients, and sales partners
