IT Recruitment Resourcer - Redhill, Surrey

IT Recruitment Resourcer is sought by an established Redhill, Surrey recruitment agency to work alongside a successful Recruitment Consultant.

You may currently be working as a Resourcer, Internal Recruiter, Recruitment Administrator, IT Candidate Search & Selection, HR, Human Resources or an Onsite Recruiter.

The IT & Telecommunications Recruitment Resourcer
will work in a team environment filling both Permanent and Contract/Freelance IT vacancies.

I should stress that this IT, Digital & Telecommunications Recruitment Resourcer role does not involve sales or selling.


We work in a professional and structured way and are seeking additional like minded individuals to expand our team.

Full IT cross training will be offered to individuals with a successful track record in other recruitment sectors.

You must be an excellent communicator, with confidence, maturity and real ambition to succeed in this highly competitive marketplace.


Previous recruitment experience is a must, but further training and support is provided to enable individuals to reach their potential as soon as possible.

The role of the IT, Digital & Telecommunications Recruitment Resourcer will vary from day to day depending on the needs of recruitment consultants.

As part of a team your key duties will include:


· Clarify new IT & Telecommunications Vacancies and prepare Internet / Job board advertising


· Screening candidate advert responses


· Contacting and shortlisting candidates for suitable Permanent & Contract/Freelance IT roles


· Sourcing job applicants from our internal database and various online Job-boards


· Clarify salary / contract rate, availability as well as the preparation of interview notes to forward to the Client


· Contacting candidates to arrange and confirm interviews via telephone and email


· Deal with general queries relating to Job Offers and Contracts


· Respond to general consultancy enquiries


· Undertake general administration duties, and establishing contacts to help build the client database


I should stress that this Recruitment Resourcer role does not involve sales or selling.

If you work in recruitment and do not want a sales role, but instead wish to focus on resourcing, talking to candidates, matching and short listing, together with having client contact as well as earning a good package, then this Redhill role could be for you.

Alternatively, those with general recruitment experience who wish to move into IT Recruitment.
