Landscaping Team Leader & Landscaping Team Members - Wilmington Kent

Salary: £20,000 to £27,000

Hours: 45 hours weekly (opportunity for time in lieu to be built up during summer months, which can be used over Christmas period)

The Company

Our client transforms outdoor spaces, by using innovative design and installation techniques to create stunning environments covering both residential and commercial projects.

Established in 2005 and based in Kent they are looking to expand their team and recruit a Landscaping Team Leader and Landscaping Team Member.

The Role

The ideal candidates will have at least 3 years prior experience in landscaping/laying artificial grass to a high standard, the ability to remember and retain instructions, excellent time keeping, flexibility, a can-do attitude and pride in their work to ensure that customer projects are always completed on time and to a high standard.
The Landscaping Team Leader will take control and manage revenue and their team mate on assigned projects.

You will also be responsible for your van, tools and designated area of the warehouse.

Experience Required:

? Artificial grass installing 3 years (Required)
? Landscaping to include setting levels, laying paving, brickwork etc.

? Irrigation (Preferred)
? Canopies and shade sails (Preferred, although training will be provided)
? Full UK Driving Licence (Required)


? The ideal landscaper will be expected to be physically fit due to the nature of the role and able to stand and walk for a long period of time.
? Our Landscapers must be comfortable outside regardless of the weather conditions
? Must have a good knowledge of Health and Safety, punctual and reliable
? Flexibility to suit the needs of the business.

The hours will be longer in summer and shorter in winter as this is a seasonal industry.
