Responsibilities:



  • Accountable for the Problem Management process, driving its policies, scope, communication and effectiveness

  • Head of Problem Management will effectively lead the Problem Management team

  • Develop an operational Problem Management capability that drives across the business

  • Act as member of the senior management team, taking full accountability for the delivery of assigned processes


Skills:



  • Practitioner Level

  • Ideally, you will come from a Telecoms and/or Energy sector background

  • Experience of managing a team and Problem Records in a heavily regulated environment

  • Thorough understanding of Service Operations ITIL processes
