Job objectives and responsibilities


? To successfully take responsibility for buildings on the ECC Portfolio within your region,
? To support, monitor and maintain a positive Health and Safety Culture
? To deliver customer service excellence:

? Responsible for working in accordance with all tasks and reactive works request generated by client driven data

management systems

? To effectively monitor service delivery, in accordance with the D2, for the portfolio of buildings within a confirmed

area of responsibility

Main duties and accountabilities

? Arrange and attend stakeholder engagement meetings, building User group, internal mitie meetings
? Minute actions from stakeholder meetings, updating actions and communicating effectively until resolved
? Conduct site audits as per scheduled programme.

record and monitor actions to resolution on appropriate systems,
? Visit CAT 1 sites a minimum of once per week, conducting checks and stakeholder engagement
? Maintaining the Health and Safety site folders at each Cat 1
? Undertake Fire Marshall training for ECC staff
? Deal with enquires in a timely manner and feeding back to ECC staff
? Report writing in accordance with requirements (including but not limited to monthly report, critical incident
? and actions trackers)
? Log hazards, Near Misses, Accidents, carrying out relevant investigations
? Customer complaints to be dealt with effectively, escalating when appropriate
? Establish and support site and region escalation procedures to ensure an effective response
? Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations
