The Role

Property Manager

The successful candidate will be jointly responsible for a growing portfolio of approximately 150 managed properties and will work well in a very strong team for an independent Estate Agents in Belsize Park, NW3.

Dealing with day to day issues on the growing portfolio including day to day maintenance issues, ensuring urgent issues are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner

Health and safety legislation and compliance monitoring

Deposit returns

Deposit disputes

Preparing disputes for arbitration with TDS

Carrying out property inspections

Liaising with Landlords and Tenants to ensure works get approved, following up to ensure works are completed and reporting back to client

Liaising with block management companies to make sure service charges are received and paid and any communal issues are addressed
