Property Valuer - Gillingham

£20k + commission

An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Property Valuer has become available with a leading Independent Estate Agency, covering the North Kent area.

This role will suit someone with valuing experience, who has the confidence to take the next step in their career.

This is a target driven role and will focus on winning listings, gaining new properties to market and sales leads for property viewings / new homes / lettings.

The Property valuer will be expected to run morning meetings, and coaching sessions for the team when necessary, whilst ensuring clients receive the best possible service through constant telephone and email contact

The role is 5 days per week including some Saturdays.

To be considered for this role you must have proven success in property valuations, hardworking and determined, with a desire to be the best!
