Job title: Independent Stalking Advocacy Caseworker
Positions Available: Full time
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: £19,968.96
Closing date: Monday 8th June 2020
Interviews to be held:16/17th June

The Stalking Service is an innovative and exciting project aimed at supporting victims who find themselves dealing with this unnerving and often frightening behaviour.

The service will provide support to male and females who contact the service for help or consent for other agencies to do so on their behalf.

Many stalking victims are or have been in a relationship with the person stalking them, often controlling and once this relationship ends this may trigger stalking behaviour.

This project aims to support all those who face this crime regardless of how they know their stalker or even if they may be unsure who the stalker is! A service for those who may often feel they have nowhere to go for help.

Sound intriguing? If so could you be the exceptional candidate BCWA are looking for? Do you have experience of supporting people, with knowledge of the difficulties faced by those who have experienced abuse? Do you have the skills to empower rather than overpower? Do you have excellent communication and people skills?
