Our client, a highly successful international business is looking to appoint a skilled Quick Service Operations Manager to spearhead the opening of a new UK restaurant chain over the coming years backed by excellent investment.

The Role:

They are seeking a strong, structured brand manager with specific experience of building a Quick Service Restaurant brand from the ground up.

Applications are invited only from individuals with a track record of building a UK QSR restaurant brand.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in:

? Identifying prime locations for successful quick-service restaurants.
? Structuring and setting up each restaurant according to a blueprint.
? Collaborating with delivery platforms like Deliveroo and Just Eat.
? Overseeing central kitchen operations.
? Developing and implementing standard operating procedures.
? Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and HACCP guidelines.
? Managing recruitment and staff training processes.
? Ongoing management and supervision of the business operations.
