The Client:

Our client operates in the property management sector specialising in residential lettings, sales, and new home construction ensuring exceptional service for vendors, landlords, purchasers, and tenants alike.

The Role:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role within the team, contributing to diverse projects from their inception to final completion.

Responsibilities:

? Creating Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
? Compiling Sub-contractor Tender Packs
? Conducting Tender Analysis
? Assisting in Bank Cashflow Forecasting and Project Costings (LCC)
? Familiarity with JCT Contracts and Sub-contractor Contracts
? Performing Valuation Analysis
? Project Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR)
? Oversight of Client and Contractor Variations
? Preparation of Monthly Payment Schedules


Requirements:

? Previously worked for 2 years as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role.
? Possess relevant degree or professional qualification
? Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
? Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
