Location:Gravesend, Kent

Salary: £30k - £45k + Excellent Benefits

Full Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday (9am - 5:30pm)

The Client:

Our client is a prominent law firm, providing comprehensive legal advice for both corporate and individual matters.

The Role:

As a Family Solicitor, you will manage a comprehensive range of family law cases, from initiation to completion including divorce, adoption, childcare, domestic violence, and more.

Duties:

? Handling a full range of family law cases, including Legal Aid and private matters.
? Managing all stages of family, divorce, adoption, and childcare issues.
? Providing support in family mediation and domestic violence cases.
? Dealing with family financial and property arrangements.
? Leading mediation sessions.


Requirements:

? Previously worked as a Family Solicitor, Family Lawyer or in a similar role.
? Eexperience in family law and matrimonial cases.
? Capability to independently manage a caseload with minimal oversight.
? Strong prioritisation and proactive working skills.
? Essential knowledge of Legal Aid procedures.
