Location: Basildon / Chelmsford / Southend-on-Sea, Essex

Salary: £40k - £48k+ Excellent Benefits

The Client:

Our client is a well-established accountancy firm, offering a wide range of accountancy, tax, and business services.

The Role:

As an Audit Senior, you will report to Directors, Associates, Managers, and Client Managers and assist in the firms marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

? Utilise relevant technical skills and collaborate within the Audit & Accounts Team.
? Finish tasks independently for handover to the Director or Associate.
? Notify the IT team of arising issues and participate in IT training sessions.
? Fulfil appraisal requirements, attend meetings, and address action point.
? Ensure prompt completion of your timesheet and consistently update your Outlook calendar.
? Mentor junior Team Members on audit and accounts assignments.
? Guarantee completion of CPD records annually.


Requirements:

? Previously worked as an Audit Senior or in a similar role.
? Experience and qualifications in auditing.
? Background working in an accountancy firm.
? Possess ACA / ACCA or equivalent qualification.
? Relevant technical skills.
? Skilled in relevant computer applications.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills.
