Maths Teacher

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maths Teacher with QTS and experience in teaching Maths to join a well-established special school supporting young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.

Working hours: 35 hours per week.

As a Maths Teacher, you will deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons, monitor student progress, and support pupils academic and personal growth within the subject.

You will be responsible for:

? Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress, adapting teaching methods to suit individual needs.
? Foster a positive and challenging classroom environment that inspires pupils to achieve.
? Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning.
? Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of subject content and educational trends.

What we are looking for:

? Previously worked as a Teacher of Maths, Maths Teacher or in a similar role.
? Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in teaching Maths.


? A thorough understanding of curriculum requirements and educational legislation.


? Familiarity with effective teaching and learning strategies.
? Strong IT skills.
? Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
