Senior Staff Nurse, Wards - Manchester

Excellent job opening for a Senior Registered Staff Nurse to work with one of  the highly reputed hospital based in Manchester.

A great chance to develop your knowledge and skills, as well as your colleagues, you’ll need to be a registered nurse with an existing NMC Pin.  Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, managing a ward and mentoring others comes naturally to you.

You also have experience in root cause analysis and are adept at applying clinical reasoning skills to a range of complex and varied critical care cases.

Above all, you're flexible about working patterns, passionate about caring for others with pride and enthusiasm and not afraid to seize the initiative and take ownership when problems arise.

Working in a high level private unit with excellent facilities, we’ll count on you to provide exemplary care, line manage and mentor a team and manage a changeable caseload in order to meet our patients’ health and wellbeing needs.

Promoting best practice in health and safety and security and contributing to quality improvement will be important too.

And, when it comes to applying technology for measurement, monitoring and treatment or effectively dealing with complex, sensitive or contentious information, again, we'll rely on you to deliver.

To be considered for this role you must be Registered Nurse and have experience in hospital settings.
