Night Care Assistant and Night Senior Care Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Night Care Assistant and Night Senior Care Assistant to join a newly built Care Home that is located in Hertfordshire.

The newly built home specialises in various residential and nursing care for elderly people that have dementia and other complex needs.

The successful Carer will receive a competitive salary of £7.70 - £9.00 per hour depending on experience with great additional benefits such as an option to apply for Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship; stakeholder pension; childcare vouchers and many more.

As a Carer you will be expected to assist the service users with their physical and emotional needs as well as have a friendly approach to everyday tasks.

You will be involved in developing individual care plans and supporting new colleagues.

You will be able to think on your feet, prioritise your workload and keep accurate records.

·         A can-do person with experience supporting older people

·         Good at using your own initiative

·         Good at working well under pressure

·         Happy to go the extra mile for the service users

To be considered for this role you must have experience in a Care setting.
