We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced registered mental health nurse to join our team and develop the role of the night shift Hospital coordinator.

The successful candidate will develop the role but will ultimately be responsible for the running of the hospital on night shifts and to ensure that lines of communication across the wards are maintained.

The Hospital Coordinator will be responsible for the provision of clinical leadership and management to the immediate clinical team members.

Delivery of excellence in quality care provision, ensuring all clinical governance and compliance targets are met.

Managing the activities of the team, in partnership with, and support of the Senior Nurse, with close involvement in efficient and effective management of the ward and nursing practice

To be considered for this role you must be Registered Mental Nurse RMN and have experience in nursing.
