MadiganGill are one of the largest constructions solutions providers in the UK and we are currently growing our Midlands presence through our new team in Birmingham.

Situated in modern serviced offices with free coffee and on site parking.

We are currently building a team focussed on the supply and construction and civil engineering operatives.

We are ideally looking to take on a trainee consultant, no sales experience required (but useful) and the role initially would be working as a resourcer for several months to learn the market.

The role would then progress into a recruitment consultants position.

The daily duties



Building good knowledge of your industry and developing strong networks
Sourcing and tracking candidates
Making sure all candidates meet compliance requirements
Outbound and inbound calls
Collection of time-sheets
Creating job adverts and managing candidate responses

£25,000 per annum salary
