Location: London and Hybrid

£65,000 depending on experience

Our client is a leading global asset management company, advising on real estate and real estate loans, looking for a Building Surveyor with some residential experience.

They operate across Europe and the Middle East

Building Surveyor Role Overview:

An opportunity has arisen for an energetic, proactive Building Surveyor who is MRICS-qualified to assist their Regeneration team with the asset management, contract administration and procurement process, carrying out targeted asset value enhancement strategies.

Responsibilities:

? Contractors relationship management
? Contract administration
? Management of junior staff
? Pre-Contract:
? Client briefing
? Conduct measured surveys
? Prepare and manage tender
? Prepare specifications in collaboration with the architects
? Post tender negotiations
? Administer the terms of building contract during the progress of works.
? Manage contractual communication and issue of contractual letters to clients and / or contractors
? Liaise with clients and the design team after contracts has been signed


We would like to speak to the following candidates:

? Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in real estate (Real Estate Management, Planning, Building Surveying)
? MRICS certified and have at least 3 years experience
? Very good working knowledge of forms of contract currently used within the Building and Civil Engineering industry
? Very good working knowledge of standard forms of measurement
