Application Support Analyst - Application Technical Support - Software Support Analyst sought for my growing IT SaaS Solution Provider Client close to Maidstone, Kent paying up to circa £30,000 per annum + Company Benefits Plan with good career prospects.

This permanent Application Support Analyst - Application Technical Support - Software Support Analyst role would suit someone who has an Applications Technical Support or Software Support background who likes to work within a fast pace environment working with Business Customers.

This is a new role to join the team and is part of my Client's planned expansion program so comes with good prospects.

Ideally your Application / Software experience should include SQL based systems together with Scripting or code or programming languages (i.e.

Python, .Net etc.).

You will be part of a growing technical team and the initial client point of contact for a specific SaaS product ranged.

There will be full product and technical training provided for the chosen candidate whose core responsibilities will include:

• Receiving incoming business customer technical support and handle through to resolution.


• Working on customer challenges and turning them into bug fixes and software development tasks.
  
  You will also assist in the delivery of support services around their new software product.


• Undertaking testing and verification of SaaS business applications as well as assisting in the delivery of support services around the software product, technical manuals, training documentation.


• Working on product upgrades and testing scripts aligned to new feature requests as well as the Creation of wireframes for new development ideas.
  
  

This is a permanent Application Support Analyst - Application Technical Support - Software Support Analyst opportunity for a well-established and growing IT SaaS Solutions Provider and Managed Services Provider (MSP) based ion very modern offices close to Maidstone, Kent.

If you have an Applications Support or Software Support background then this permanent role pays a starting salary of between £25,000 - £30,000+ per annum (depending on experience) + Company Benefits Package + Excellent Technical Training.
