IT Presales - IT Products Manager

IT Pre-Sales - IT Product Manager - IT Products & Services Manager - IT Presales Documentation Specialist sought for leading West Surrey IT Services Provider / Managed Services Provider / MSP to manage, update and produce documentation for my client's portfolio of products and services.

The salary for this new demanding position is between £45,000 and £55,000 per annum + Bonus and Company Benefits and will be Hybrid working, working from home with one day a week at my Clients West Surrey offices plus occasion Industry Training courses and events etc.

You need to have previously worked for a IT Services Provider / Managed Services Provider / MSP or similar as you will be working with my Clients Marketing, Sales and Operations Teams to ensure their Technical and other documentation is fully up to date at all times.

As such you will also be expected to work with my Client's Suppliers and Business partners to ensure that my Clients product descriptions, documentation, service descriptions and pricing tools are correct, and always up to date.

As an IT Pre-Sales - IT Product Manager - IT Products & Services Manager - IT Presales Documentation Specialist you should have:

• Understanding of Product Management practices and disciplines.


• Previous experience working for a Microsoft Certified VAR, Distributor, IT Solutions or Managed Services provider (or Microsoft themselves).


• Technically literate with demonstrable understanding of the following, Managed IT Services, Cyber Security solutions and services, Microsoft product s (i.e.
  
  Microsoft 365 suite / MS Azure IaaS and PaaS services).


• Motivated, commercially aware, confident individual with a meticulous approach and attention to detail.


• Good interpersonal, communication, documentation and presentation skills.
