Office Manager - Central London
Salary: Circa £50,000
The Role:
Our client a global Financial Services firm based in Central London are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team and oversea the smooth running of the office space ensuring it is effectively managed.
Salary £50,000 plus Excellent Benefits.
The Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining the office equipment and systems for the company, resolving building issues and serve as a liaison between the company and outside contractors.
The Office Manager will also have management responsibilities for the reception team.
Role Responsibilities:
? Monitor and quality control all office maintenance in liaison with the building services manager for the property and supervise any maintenance projects and staff on site.
? Liaise with all facility related vendors and arrange planned and emergency works if needed.
? Manage the overall office and reception budget
? Manage the reception area and promote a professional image.
? Ensure all meeting room facilities in the office are fully operational and maintained to a high standard.
? Meet health and safety standards by conducting regular checks.
? Office projects.
Skills and Experience Required:
? 3 years plus office management experience in a corporate office environment
? Self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude, superior customer service skills
? Sound understanding of budgeting and resource management.
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rigorous work environment, ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines.
? Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software.
