We looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to lead and inspire our amazing marketing team!
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing a commercially integrated marketing strategy and to lead and develop the marketing team as part of a comprehensive marketing plan for the business and for our future.


This is a really exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing to lead a strong and creative team, and to develop our brand as we continue to evolve and grow.

You will inspire your team to reach competitive standards and oversee the production of all marketing and branding materials, ensuring promotional activity and campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines and Company values with a strong focus on the quality of our own brand product.


This role will give you the opportunity to utilise external marketing agencies, wherever appropriate, tapping into this resource to maximise the effectiveness of our branding, maintain current trends and attract new customers.


As well as leading the team, you will feed back marketing and sales results and share your expectations with the senior management team and the executive board in monthly operational board meetings.


Main duties of the role:
, Develop and support marketing strategies.

Set channel-specific objectives across all marketing channels, ensuring activities are effectively prioritised and completed in line with the overarching Company strategy.
, Manage your team's performance, assist with prioritising tasks, undertake reviews and 1:1s and address training needs as required to maintain a strong and competitive marketing business presence.

Maintain a respectful working environment and lead by example.
, Keep up to date with research, training, analyse market trends, best practice and competitors' campaigns.

Use this knowledge to drive innovation, inspire strong commercial strategy and to set interesting and focused objectives in your team.
, Understand and report on distribution of marketing spend.
, Collaborate with Commercial, Content and IT teams to provide a positive customer experience.

Promote positive inter-departmental communications.
, Utilise external marketing resources to add value as required.
, Develop and maintain analytical reports on your marketing campaigns which will help you to improve future campaign development and delivery.
, Review marketing department performance in relation to business forecasts.

Propose clear marketing strategies in line with Company strategy and vision.
, Maintain an understanding of the Company brands and how the business operates structurally
, Ensure team members are updated as appropriate and in line with Directors' guidance regarding business strategies, developments and changes, policies and procedures.


Skills Required:
, Current, strong marketing experience, in ecommerce.
, Experience of managing a successful marketing team.
, Passionate about marketing, brand progression and current trends.
, Proven ability to develop and successfully implement marketing strategies for websites, landing pages, external communications and advertising campaigns.

You will be creative, enthusiastic and keen to see a fantastic marketing campaign.
, Excellent communicator.

Able to interact at all levels and promote interdepartmental relationships.
, Team player- happy to lend a hand with project work and work alongside the team when required.
