Nurse

An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a committed RMN or RNLD to work in an exceptional hospital service based in the Newark, Nottinghamshire area.

As a Nurse you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This service is a purpose-built low secure hospital which offers personalised assessment and recovery-based treatment pathways, including a trauma specific pathway, for women with complex care needs

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individual care plans


• Participate in a range of assessments including risk and self-harm


• To assist in standard setting and evaluating quality outcomes


• Expected to take charge of the ward/Unit in the absence of the person with continuing responsibility, under the direction of senior staff


• To maintain good standards of communication, both oral and written, in accordance with NMC guidance


• To provide supervision to other staff, qualified and unqualified

• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing


• Flexible approach to care


• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team


• Ability to work flexibly over the 24 hour period


• Ability to use the clinical supervision process effectively


• Ability to identify and use opportunities for self-development

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent annual salary up to £34,293 per annum DOE.
