Cloud Implementation Engineer - Azure - Intune

MS Cloud Implementation Specialist - Azure - Intune Technical Support Analyst - Implementation Specialist - Desktop Support Analyst - 3rd Line Support Analyst - End User Support - EUC Support Analyst - SCCM- Windows - Mac -Mobile - Office 365- ITIL - Active Directory - Intune for a leading organisation based in Dorset - Home and Office based - Up to £36,000 + Bens


My client is looking for an experienced MS Cloud Implementation Specialist - Implementation Engineer - to join a team that provides End-user support across the organisation.


Key responsibilities are



  • Develop, maintain, and enhance standardised desktop builds application deployment, and endpoint roll-out processes, and client operating system lifecycle management for Windows, Mac, and Mobile

  • Ensure EUC endpoints are up to date with patch management to reduce risk and exposure

  • Develop and maintain the End User Computing software asset and license management processes Establishing and applying standards for hardware and software.

    Provide input into Hardware Roadmaps

  • Research, evaluate and propose new technologies to improve efficiency, reduce cost and risk.

  • Responsible for writing and maintaining procedural and design documentation

  • Define changes required within the EUC environment and implement adhering to IT Service Management processes

  • To lead investigations, take ownership for the resolution of incidents/problems that are escalated from other areas of IT, liaising with and escalating to 3rd party suppliers or internal IT teams as appropriate.



I am looking for an Intune Azure Cloud Engineer - 3rd Line Support Engineer - Technical Support Analyst with the following experience



  • Working in a Desktop, Technical Support - Cloud Implementation Engineer

  • Providing support in a mid-scale or enterprise environment with more than 2000 users

  • Experience of Microsoft SCCM and Intune.

  • Cloud Azure - Intune experience

  • In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Managed Desktop environments.

  • Knowledge of Windows 10/Office 365 products, features, and releases essential

  • ITIL Certified.

  • Experience in Android management within the business environment


My client is based on the Hampshire / Dorset border and looking to pay a salary of up to £36,000 + Bens. This role will initially be based from home but will require travel to their offices as and when required.
