Clinical Unit Manager

An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Clinical Unit Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in the Clydebank, Scotland area.

You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This care home provides person-centred care for residents with a range of different needs.

They are able to offer a variety of care on one site through multiple purpose-built houses

*To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Nurse either RGN, RMN or RNLD with a valid NMC Pin

As the Clinical Unit Manager your key responsibilities include:

• Be responsible for leading a team of Nursing and Care staff to ensure excellent standards of care


• Plan rotas/recruit/train and mentor staff


• Build strong relationships with local regulator/providers and Social Services


• Comply to NMC guidelines with administration of medicine

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• You must have previous experience in a management role


• You must have a proven track record in delivering good care results


• You must have a good understanding of CQC/CI and other regulatory bodies (DoLs/MCA)


• Able to show a can-do attitude always

The successful Clinical Unit Manager will receive an excellent salary up to £45,858 per annum.

This exciting position is a Full Time role for 42 hours a week working through Day Shifts + 6 hours Supernumerary.
