Newbury, Berkshire + Remote once onboarded

£25000 - £30,000 pa + OTE Commission of £3-5K pa

Our client, a software house specialising in the development of corporate intranet software and desk booking solutions, are looking to expand the team by recruiting an Inside Sales Executive based at their Newbury offices with remote working once onboarded.

You will be part of the Sales and Marketing Team of a growing software business and work with potential customers to guide them through the sales process.

They are well established in the intranet market and have over 20 years of rich history and experience, have a close-knit team of passionate staff who are largely hybrid workers.

Responsibilities:

? Demonstrate a clear understanding of their products and be able to articulate their benefits to potential customers
? Build relationships with potential customers to establish trust and rapport
? Nurture leads with the aim of converting them to customers
? Maintain regular contact with all leads and prospective customers, from their first enquiry through to the end of the sales process
? Support the Sales team in ensuring all actions are being completed effectively following any sales and marketing activity
? Support the end-to-end process of delivering their marketing events.

This includes managing invites and speaking with attendees both before and after the events
? Identify sales opportunities via tender notifications and external tools such as Zoominfo and LinkedIn
? Manage the quality of all lead and prospect data held with company CRM systems
? Occasional cold calling of potential opportunities identified via external tools


Essential skills and experience:

? Sales support experience in a B2B sales role
? Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships via phone and email
? Ability to write engaging and professional communications
? Well organised and diligent
? Keen eye for detai
