Bridal Fitter

Bridal Fitter- Luxury Bridal Store

Location SW3 6HR

Part-time 3days a week (or 4/5)

A great opportunity for an experienced Bridal Fitter to join the team at this high-end Bridal Store.

Our client’s label has become synonymous with luxury, creating award-winning and highly acclaimed bridal gowns.

The Job Role:

The Bridal Fitter will work closely with the in-house alteration’s seamstress, and with the production team in the workrooms and with the business’s Managing Director, to understand her technical requirements.

The work includes toile and dress fittings for bespoke bridal gowns and occasion wear and some of the alterations.

You will be responsible for the administration of clients’ fittings and alterations.

There is also an opportunity to have additional hours as a sales Consultant.

This is a part-time position but experience as a sales Consultant and alterationist could make this a full-time position.

You may be required to work some week day evenings, and occasional Saturdays as required.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications :



Experience as a Bridal Fitter or a comparable luxury garment is essential.
Knowledge of how to fit a garment to a client’s exact requirements.
Ability to Toile fit.
Have a knowledge of high – end textiles and their manufacture into quality garments.
Strong organisational skills, and methodical approach.
Flexible work ethic.
Sales experience (if relevant)
