Location: Woking & Remote

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

The Role:

You are a talented and innovative creative web and graphics designer, who understands how content hierarchy and functional workflows inform design, and who understands the underlying concepts of web layout without being constrained by them.

You can understand and distil customers' needs, crafting innovative designs and articulate how your solutions solve their requirements.

You will also be creating graphics and brand assets for the Sales and Marketing team as well as general company collateral, so you should also have experience in photo-manipulation, creating illustrations and infographics and experience of animations would be highly advantageous.

Hybrid working with 2-3 days office based with full training and career progression provided.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

? 2-3 years' commercial experience
? strong grounding in basic design principles, such as theory of colour, spacing and white space in attention mapping, strong understanding of typefaces in hierarchy
? A belief in the efficacy of Information Architecture (IA) in web design and experience in creating IA outputs such as site maps, content hierarchies, and brand assets preferably using online collaboration tools, e.g.

Miro
? An understanding of component-driven design, and its advantages in web design systems
? Strong experience in web design applications, particularly those that support component-driven design
