A great opportunity for an experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our established, award-winning, client.

Their independent children's Nursery offers games, puzzles, arts and crafts, music and dance classes, football, reading, writing, memory games and additional languages, and free play.

It is Ofsted rated Good and boasts a team of more than 20 permanent staff.

The nursery follows its own personalised curriculum, combining the Curiosity Approach with Japanese Mi Mamoru, with the following mission at its heart.

The Job Role:

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner you will be working in a beautiful setting, for highly supportive and dedicated Directors, within a fantastic team of practitioners.

You will be expected to prepare and set out a stimulating and attractive childcare environment prior to the arrival of the children and be expected to tidy away at the end of the day.

You will have day to day responsibility for Health and Safety and the care of the children in your designated room, and you will be expected to work with the staff in your room, in such a way as to offer the children high quality care, education, attention and stimulation.

Additionally, you will work with the management team to plan a high-quality curriculum that meets current legislation, and individual children's needs.

The nursery's policies and proceedures must be adhered to on a daily basis, as you carry out your everyday tasks.

You must be responsible and reliable, with a proven track record of excellent attendance.

Using initiative and remaining calm under pressure, are also key skills of the job.

As The Nursery Practitioner, you must be an excellent role model, displaying professionalism at all times, and be within a reasonable commuting distance to the setting.

Working 4 days a week 7.15 am- 18.15 pm.
