Salary: Grade 6 £26,975 to £30,095 (Bar at £29,174) per annum

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 35 hours per week

Qualification(s) Required: Yes, The role holder must have NVQ3 (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline social care, youth, health or similar.

We are looking for staff who are creative, with great listening skills to be one of our Family Group Conference (FGC) Facilitator's to deliver FGC's in Manchester.

You will be based in Alonzi House Hub in Ardwick, Manchester.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved and be part of a dedicated established, experienced, and passionate small FGC team.

You will exercise a high degree of independence, initiative, and expertise to deliver meetings which bring together families to prevent children entering the care of the local authority.

You must have a strong belief in family led decision making, respect the voice of the child and value relationships to support children, young people, their extended family networks, and professionals to fully participate in the FGC process.

You will develop good working partnerships with families, children and young people and their significant others, contributing to the development and implementation of the family plan.

The Alonzi Hub have a strong supportive staff and management team in place.

Alonzi House is rated Outstanding by Ofsted.

You will be trained to do this work by one of our management team and the team leader for FGC's.
