Our well-established client is looking to appoint a Pre-School Room Leader to join their fun & friendly nursery.

Our client is a registered children's day nursery located in a quiet residential street in Finchley Central, London.


The Role

Our client is seeking the services of an experienced full time Level Pre-School to work with children 0-5 years.

The idle incumbent must be enthusiastic, outgoing and bubbly childcare professional who is committed to providing children with the very best care and stimulation.

The idle incumbent must take responsibility to establish and maintain relationship with parents and colleagues while ensuring health & safety of the children.

The role of the Pre-School Room Leader is to ensure all children receive high quality care, are kept safe and are provided with planned and stimulating play experiences which meet their individual needs and support all aspects of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.


Role Responsibilities:

? To support children's learning using Early Years Foundation Stage Framework and parental aspirations
? Planning, observing and assessing children in your care
? Record keeping
? Assisting with meal / snack times
? Ensuring health and safety/ safeguarding standards are met
? Interacting with parents and updating them on childs progress
? Liaising with external professionals
? The ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children.
? To ensure that high quality childcare is provided at all times by nursery employees, ensuring the safety, security and well-being of all children registered with the nursery.
? Emotional resilience in working with challenging behaviours.
