The Role:

I am recruiting for an Occupational Health Manager to be based in Bishops Cleeve.

This role is 33 hours a week worked over 4.5 days a week.

They can be flexible with which hours are worked however the half day will be a Friday.

The team is made up of 2 x OHAs and 2 x Admins.

? The successful applicant will also be happy to occasionally travel to the other client site in Gloucester to provide support.
? The overall purpose of the role is to lead and direct the Occupational Health Service in order to provide high quality, efficient evidence based occupational health services to managers, employees and external organisations under contract.


? Ensuring compliance with responsibilities under HP policy and health and safety legislation, whilst maximising and promoting the health of employees, as well as reducing the risk of cases of occupational ill health.


? The role is the full occupational health remit - case management and health surveillance.
? The end client is one of the world leaders in aircraft engines and avionics.
? You will hold a Registration with NMC Part 1 and a Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health together with evidence of up to date knowledge base of professional and specialist issues.
