Data Officer

? Salary: £30,000 to £33,000 (Full-time equivalent) dependent on experience
? Contract: Part-time (3 days a week / 21hrs), Permanent
? Location: South-west London, UK / some remote working
? Visa requirements - Must have the right to work in the UK


The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Data Officer to manage CSW's data and database, including daily administration of the database, processing income, providing segmented data selections, statistical reports and data analysis and, in particular, to enable fundraising, campaigns, communications and supporter development initiatives.

The role also involves ensuring optimum use of the database and compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for all supporter data, and supporting CSW in gathering and measuring impact.

In time, this role will also support implementation of a new CRM.

Key Responsibilities (a full list of responsibilities is listed in the Application Pack)

? Fulfil scheduled database administration and maintenance
? Training and equipping database users (staff and volunteers)
? Oversee the accurate daily processing, input and fund allocation of gifts
? Handling complex supporter queries around personal data, donations, etc
? Manage schedule and communication for CRM tender process
? Generate Fundraising and Supporter Development KPI reports on a monthly basis and as required by the organisation


The Person

You are organised and self-motivated, with a strong track record in working with databases as an administrator, including maintaining accuracy, integrating systems with datasets and importing and exporting date.
