Booking & Sales Associate - Park Royal, London

Salary: £21k - £24k

The Client:

Supplying the Film and TV industry, commercials and photographers for over 50 years and offer a vast range of contemporary furniture and classics sourced from all over the world.

The Role

To assist/liaise with customers, via emails, telephone and face to face to create a price for their selection of props.

To continue to actively engage with customers via telephone and email communication to ensure props are received, in the manner in which they have requested.



Responsibilities

? Book out and cost props for each individual customer/client as required
? Assist customers with any needs or queries they have.
? Liaise with packing staff to ensure jobs are packed in readiness for collection
? Retain details of the jobs in order to assist staff and customers with any further queries


Experience/Skills:

? Good/ confident command of the English language.
? Excellent organizational skills, telephone skills and a professional customer service manner.
? Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
? Able to work to deadlines and under pressure when needed.


? Ability to work independently whilst maintaining good communication with the rest of the sales team
? Minimum GCSE's English and Maths (or equivalent)
? High School Education or equivalent attained outside of the UK


Hours:

? Monday - Friday
? 8am - 5:30pm
