Location: Workington, Carlisle or Ulverston

Salary: Up to £23,000 p.a.

The Role:

An exciting opportunity for an individual with a qualification in engineering to work as part of a team within an outstanding training organisation to assist with maintaining a range of engineering machinery and equipment.

Offering a salary of up to £23,000 plus great benefits, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with a real interest in engineering and has experience with the equipment involved.



The Company:

Our client is an Ofsted 'outstanding' training organisation, based in the North West of England providing a wide range of high quality further education, specialising in engineering and technology.

Role Responsibilities:

? Work as part of a team providing support to staff and students.
? Maintaining a range of Engineering machinery, equipment and workshop systems.
? Repairing machinery and equipment as required.
? Reporting on stock levels and ordering consumables as required by the delivery team.
? Preparing materials and resources for classes as directed by the delivery staff.
? Assisting in the safe operation of classes in a range of workshops and practical activities.


Essential Skills & Requirements:

? An engineering based Apprenticeship, qualification or period of formal training.
? Operation and/or maintenance of a range of Engineering equipment.
? Experience of stock management and ordering.
? Excellent communication skills.
