Building Surveyor (MRICS Qualified) - London(M25 area), Sheffield, Watford , Leeds

Salary: £50,000 - £80,000 + benefits

Working Monday - Friday (No weekends or Bank Holidays )

Our client is a Nationwide Law Firm with over 22 years of experience.

They specialise in Personal Injury Claims such as Accidents and different types of Claims.

Their solicitors have a solid foundation of experience and have the expertise needed to negotiate on your behalf

They are now on the lookout for suitability-qualified and experienced Building Surveyors (MRICS Qualified) to join their teams in London(M25 area), Sheffield, Watford , Leeds

The Role:

They are looking for an MRICS Qualified Surveyor to conduct Housing Disrepair Surveys for tenants in desperate need of assistance.

? Conduct surveys on properties in need of repair advising whether you agree with the defects as claims, whether the defects are structural, the cause of the defects, the age, character, and prospective life of the property, completing a Scott's Schedule and providing an estimate of the cost and time for the repairs.


? Produce detailed Expert witness Report to detail findings.
? Use equipment and tools to accurately identify disrepairs
? Own transport required.

However, you will be working within your local area.


Skills & Experience:

? MRICS is their preferred choice of qualification, but they will also consider MCIOB only if you have HDR experience alongside this qualification.
? Expert Witness experience preferably in Housing Disrepair, training will be given.
? Great Mathematical skills
? Great analytical skills
? Good eye for detail
? Friendly demeanour with clients
? Good time management/ability to adhere to own diary.
