The Office Assistant will work for Financial Advisors and be responsible for general administration, arranging meetings, drafting documents, creating databases, dealing with insurance companies and filing, scanning and copying.
Experience & Skills Required
? The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a busy office environment.
? Good attention to detail and organised.
? Excellent communicator - oral and written.
? Be proficient in Microsoft Office products - Word, and Excel.
