We're looking for an experienced labourer to join our in-house repairs team and help us deliver a high-quality repairs and maintenance service to our residents.

As part of our clearance team, you will help us deliver high-quality housing services.

You will be part of the team of 3, cleaning and clearing properties.

The successful candidate will have:

? clean full driving licence
? experience of working within responsive repairs and/or housing environment
? experience of working as part of a team
? a satisfactory basic level Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
