Location: Penzance

Salary: £16,000-OTE £22,000 - £35,000

A customer service executive is required to join one of the UKs leading currency brokers based in Penzance, easily commutable from Truro and a variety of locations, offering exemplary customer care and specialist money transfer services.

Job Role:

As a customer service executive within the Small Payments team, you will work directly with personal clients, proactively contacting registered clients and helping them activate their online accounts.

You will also assist clients with their transactions and answer any queries they have.

This is not a cold-calling role; the successful candidate will be contacting registered clients with genuine requirements.

Experience within the Financial Services environment is not required for this role, but sales/office experience is preferable.

There is an opportunity for progression for those who succeed within this position.

The hours for this role are primarily Monday to Friday, 8.30 to 5pm, and Saturday 9:00 -1pm on a rota basis.
