Job Title - Office Administrator
Location - Silsoe, Bedfordshire
Salary - £23,000 - £24,000
Target Fire is a passive fire company providing service to commercial and residential properties.
Established over 8 years they have a fantastic reputation for great service.
Covering London, Southeast of England, East Anglia, and the Midlands.
We are currently recruiting for a Fire Safety Coordinator to work within the Passive Fire Administration team from out office in Silsoe.
About the job
This position will have a wide range of responsibility including but not limited to
? Receiving, loading and actioning job instructions and quotes
? Assisting and supporting the team through client communication on queries including phone, email & online systems
? Scheduling engineers work, Liaising with Estimators and Engineers on materials, attendance requirements and other queries on quotes as requested
? Ensuring that all "Certificate of works" administration is carried out in time and correctly as jobs are completed
? Ad hoc Administration duties
About the successful applicant
You will be a strong experienced administrator who is used to working in a fast paced and sometime reactive office.
We are a small, close administration team so the ability to be able to work on multiple tasks is a must and take responsibility to the whole cycle of projects.
To be successful you will have:
? Strong level of proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word.
? Attention to detail
? Proactive mindset
? Scheduling experience (preferable but not essential)
? Experience working in an administration position
