Field Care Supervisor (for Domiciliary Care Provider) in East Surrey

Location: Redhill, Surrey

Salary: £18,500 to £21,000 per annum (Full Time or Part Time)

We are seeking a Field Care Supervisor to join our client.

you will help to deliver high-quality domiciliary service to the community of Redhill area.

About You:

? Have some experience in community or home care work and looking for some supervision and management experience.


? Responsible for Clients and Care staff within the local community in Surrey.


? Responsibility for ensuring clients are receiving the care and support they require.


? Field based, liaising with clients directly both at commencement of the service and for its duration.


? Conducting assessments and reviewing on a regular basis how the service is delivered.


Responsibilities

? supervising and managing the Care and Support workers, and ensuring that they are always adhering to the Company's high standards.


? Working closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager/Co-ordinator to plan the service effectively,
? Holding regular team meetings and one-to-one meetings with Care workers to discuss their progress and training.


Key responsibilities:

? Conduct client assessments/reviews in accordance with Company's Care policies.
? Create care plans, including risk assessments, that are person-centered and reflect the client's lifestyle preferences.
? Ensure care delivered is of the highest standards and fully compliant
? Maintain regular communications, both verbal and written, with clients and their representatives.
? Visit Company's HQ office to attend team meetings on a regular basis.
? Maintain excellent communications with the team at the head office.
