Salary: £23,000.00 - £25,000.00 per annum (Full Time)

Location: Redhill, Surrey

I am looking for a Care Manager to begin as Deputy but takeover from Director and head-up our client's growing company to support the existing and future community-based support packages.

About You:

? Already has or working towards NVQ Level 3 or 5
? 3 years previous management experience in health and social care
? Experience as a Manager in domiciliary care would be beneficial
? Commercial awareness
? Warm, bubbly and positive attitude, Attention to detail
? Previous experience with CQC
? Professional/Personal Development


Skills and Qualifications:

? Case management: 3 years (Required)
? Minimum of 3 years of management experience working within the health and social care sector and will hold or be working towards an NVQ level 4 or 5.
? Extensive experience in working with elderly clients who have dementia and other needs.
? Directly responsible (or part of a team) for delivering growth within a previous care business and will ideally know the Surrey County Council.
? Familiar with the CQC and their standards of care and may have held a Manager status in a current or previous role.


Job Purpose:

? Work in conjunction with the Operations and Commercial Director to establish and grow a successful care business supporting elderly clients and other adults with specialist needs within the Surrey County Council.
? Clients to receive support in their own homes or that of a third party.
? Support the company's existing businesses and to cross-refer clients for Day Centre activities and Live-In placements.
? To work collaboratively with the wider organisation to grow the company brand and maintain its reputation
