Customer and Neighbourhood Officer
About the role: Due to career enhancing internal moves we are seeking two talented Housing professionals.
As part of our review of our Neighbourhood Service Model, our Housing Officers have become Customer and Neighbourhood Officers.
We would love to have you as part of our dedicated and highly motivated team.
You role will be to ensure high levels of service performance and customer satisfaction and identify when specialist support and services are required to help customers sustain their tenancies.
Reporting to the Neighbourhood Manager, you will be supported to use data insight to deliver a proactive, holistic, and customer-centric neighbourhood management service, and deliver patch and service improvements.
You'll work with other Paradigm teams and external partners to support vulnerable customers and contribute to the overall patch plan to drive improvements for all customers in your neighbourhood.
This is a highly visible role delivering services in accordance with our Customer Care Standards and will make a significant impact to the customers we serve where you will be a leading advocate and voice for our customers.
The area you will manage will be mixed-tenure and you will be empowered to deal with day-to-day and more complex cases, ensuring a high level of compliance across services ensuring the right interventions are taken to support vulnerable customers.
About you: You will have a strong customer focus with an understanding and experience of the issues in social housing and legislation.
You will be able to manage a demanding and diverse workload and have experience in case management.
You will be open to continuous personal and professional development.
