About the Role

Are you an experienced, self-motivated Stock Condition Surveyor, seeking a role where you play an instrumental part in helping us to better understand our stock and to deliver better quality homes?

This is an exciting opportunity to play an integral role as part of a dedicated team within the Strategic Asset Management Department, to improving our stock intelligence and ensuring our assets provide customers with great places to live.

What we are looking for

You will be a highly motivated person, capable of managing your own diary whilst delivering surveys to a monthly target, as part of our ambitious cyclical stock condition programme.

You will have keen attention to detail, and demonstrable experience of an understanding of both Decent Homes and HHSRS.

As you will visiting our customers' homes and booking your own appointments, a positive approach to customer service is essential.
