New Business Development Executive

Our client, CP Financial Claims, is a professional, innovative Wrexham based financial services firm.

Currently, they are looking to recruit two experienced Business Development Executives as the latest part of their expansion.

This role can be home-based (initial training will be provided onsite with expenses paid inc.

hotel if required).

The initial onsite training period will be two weeks during the first month.

You will also be required to attend a monthly meeting at the office.

 

As a successful candidate, you will:

 

  • Prepare and Enter Data onto the CRM

  • Make outbound calls to clients upon receipt of Authority to contact

  • Enter details onto their CRM, and maintain the CRM accurately

  • Open clients file on the system

  • Make follow up calls to prospects

  • Prepare and issue Terms of business

  • Follow up with all clients that have received a term of business

  • Issue SAR requests upon receipt of terms of business

  • Update introducer system with information on client progress

 

Marketing

  • Develop our client's social media presence on a variety of platforms

  • Continually update the website with the latest news

  • Develop their SEO strategy with the senior management team

  • Develop their competitor tracking process

  • Regularly review the financial news to identify target firms and firms of interest

  • Review the FSCS and FCA registers and updates to identify target firms and firms of interest

 

Team communication

  • Communicate effectively with the senior new business coordinator, Claims management team leader and the management team

  • Ensure client introducers (legitimate data owners) are regularly updated verbally and via their approved process

  • Daily meeting with SR to cover communication to team and required tasks for the week

 

 Client communication

  • Answering client emails and client calls as a priority

  • Being involved in the client's 3-month updates 

  

Miscellaneous tasks  

  • Director / Senior manager requests

  • Attending relevant meetings

 

Data Analysis  

  • Being involved in the generation of sales reports and compilation of performance against targets

 

 

Initially based in the office it will offer the opportunity to work from home once trained and combines client onboarding with marketing.

The key part of the role is the ability to onboard new clients, demonstrating a professional, empathetic, articulate telephone manner.

All clients will either be introduced or have made an enquiry, (so strictly no cold calling) however outbound calls are a core part of the role.

Secondly, you will be required to develop their social media reach, content, and presence across a variety of platforms as part of their direct to client market plan.

 

Experience

You must have at least 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role and have dealt with clients previously.

Financial service experience would be an advantage but not essential

Salary

Neg depending on experience

OTE is over £30,000
