Restaurant General Manager - Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre!

We are looking for a dynamic General Manager to join our busy team at BIRD.

Minimum 2 year's management experience in fast paced casual dining.

Must be passionate about food, drink and creating a great customer experience every time.

Good knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety.

Able to motivate and lead a team and bring creative ideas to the table.

To be successful in this role, you will have already gained restaurant experience, looking to join a growing company with great career opportunities.

You will help minimize operating costs, boost our employee retention and deliver a positive dining experience for our guests.

As Restaurant General Manager (RGM) you are the Number 1 business leader in restaurant.

Responsibilities

? Own your P&L so you will need to drive sales whilst controlling costs
? Be a role model to your team and ensure company standards are met & kept by everyone
? Select, guide and develop your team to success
? Lead by example with the customer experience being a top priority for you
? Deliver perfect products to your customers, day in, day out
