Location: Eastbourne, Bexhill, Hailsham.

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience+ benefits

Our client is a leading Sussex law firm and they provide a wide range of legal services for businesses and individuals and have grown substantially since the 19th century.

However, they also pride themselves on innovation and have stayed at the forefront of new legal developments.

They are now on the lookout for suitability qualified and experienced Solicitor / Residential Conveyancer(s) to join them in their offices in Eastbourne - Bexhill - Hailsham.

The Role:

? Acting for buyers and sellers in residential conveyancing transactions.
? Undertaking all aspects of the transaction from initial contact to registration.
? Managing a mixed caseload of freehold, leasehold, re-mortgages, buy-to-lets.
? Complying with UK Finance mortgage lenders' handbook.
? Advising on SDLT including higher rates, reliefs, and exemptions.
? Developing relationships with agents, brokers, and other property professionals.


The Person:

? A client-focused experienced conveyancer who can undertake a busy caseload with minimal assistance.
? Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX welcome but not essential depending on experience.
? Full-time preferred.
? Must enjoy direct contact with clients and agents.
? Must be able to work independently without reliance on case management.
? Shares the firm's values of excellence, teamwork, and dedication.
? Must have the right to work in the UK without Visa support as this is not offered.
